On behalf of The Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) and SRS, I am pleased to invite you and your colleagues to a new workshop series: How Commercial PACE Financing Can Grow your Business.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) provides fixed-rate, long-term financing to cover up to 100% of energy efficiency, water efficiency, and renewable energy project costs. Typical agreements require no out-of-pocket expense and generate immediate cash flow for building owners. The goal of the PACE program is to help implement performance upgrades that building owners, managers, and developers may feel are financially unattractive or unfeasible.

This free workshop will be presented from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on:

Tues May 5th in Oakland

Wed May 6th in San Francisco

Thurs May 7th in Santa Clara

Fri May 8th in Sonoma

Attendance is limited to 20 – 25 contractors per session.

The workshops are ideal for energy consultants, contractors, auditors, ESCOs and project developers with opportunities to jumpstart energy efficiency projects with your customers or prospects.

At the training we'll share lessons learned on how contractors are using C-PACE project financing to successfully grow their business.

Topics covered will include:

How to screen your existing customers/prospects to identify C-PACE eligible prospects

How to prepare a "too good to be true" proposal for your client

How to develop C-PACE "Investor Ready" projects using a suite of tools, reports and support services that have enabled over 90 projects & $70 million in C-PACE financing.
